टांडा अम्बेडकरनगर ! अयोध्या मंडल की ए श्रेणी की सुप्रसिद्ध नगर पालिका परिषद टांडा की बोर्ड बैठक सोमवार 02 जून 2025 अपराह्न 03 बजें आहूत की गई बैठक की अध्यक्षता नगर पालिका परिषद टाण्डा की

अध्यक्ष श्रीमती शबाना नाज़ की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई। बैठक में उपजिलाधिकारी/प्रभारी अधिशाषी अधिकारी नगर पालिका परिषद टाण्डा श्रीमती रेनू सिंह बोर्ड में उपस्थित रही।इस बैठक में अहम मुद्दा वित्तीय वर्ष 2025 -26 वार्षिक मूल बजट लगभग 58 करोड़ रुपये का बजट  लगभग 13 सभासदों की बहुमत के आधार पर पास किया गया।
बजट की विशेषताएं
 बजट में नगर के समग्र विकास, साफ-सफाई, जल निकासी, सड़कों के निर्माण और सौंदर्यीकरण कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। इसके अलावा,नगर के टैक्सी स्टैंड की पिछली नीलामी प्रक्रिया को बोर्ड द्वारा मंजूरी दी गई क्योंकि मंडी नगर से बाहर हो जाने के कारण टैक्सी स्टैंड की वसूली आय कम हो गई है जिसके कारण कई नीलामी रखगी गई लेकिन

72 लाख से ऊपर नहीं चढ़ सकी थी जिसके कारण नगर पालिका के कर्मचारियों द्वारा वसूली की जा रही थी जो प्रतिदिन का 19 हजार 458 रूपए के हिसाब से जोड़कर 300 सौ दिनों का 72 लाख 25 हजार पर सहमति जताते हुए स्वीकृत कर ली गई ।

क्योंकि पिछली बार टैक्सी स्टैंड की नीलामी में 72 लाख 25 हजार रुपये की उच्चतम बोली लगाई गई थी, उसी पर सर्वसम्मति से स्वीकृत प्रदान की गई। इससे नगर पालिका को राजस्व में वृद्धि होगी।

नगर पालिका चेयरमैन शबाना नाज़ और सभासदों की सहमति से हाउस टैक्स वाटर टैक्स की दरों पर चर्चा कर उसे कम करके पास किया गया है।

बहरहाल टैक्स में जनता को मिलेगी बड़ी राहत बताते चलें वही लगभग 11 सभासदों ने बोर्ड छोड़ दिया और बोर्ड से बाहर चले गए हालांकि नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष शबाना नाज़ ने कहा नगरक्षेत्र की जनता को जलकर गृहकर में अधिक से अधिक सहूलते दिलाने का वादा किया है। 

साथ ही पालिका अध्यक्ष शबाना नाज़ ने कहा
कि नगर के समुचित विकास और नागरिक सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने के लिए यह बजट एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। उन्होंने बताया कि सभासदों द्वारा विभिन्न वार्डों की समस्याओं को लेकर दिए गए सुझावों पर गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार किया गया है,

और संबंधित कार्यों को बजट में शामिल किया गया है। साथ ही चेयरमैन श्रीमती शबाना नाज़ और सभासदों ने उपजिलाधिकारी/प्रभारी नगर पालिका परिषद टाण्डा अधिशाषी अधिकारी श्रीमती रेनू सिंह का धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।

जहां हम आपको बतादे इस बार के निकाय चुनाव के बाद पहली यह बोर्ड थी जो शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण मे सकुशल सम्पन्न हुई और नगर क्षेत्र के विकास में हर बार आड़े आने वाला बटज नही आड़े आया साथ ही कूड़ा करेक्शन टैक्स को भी बोर्ड में खारिज किया।

हालांकि इस बीच एक ग्रुप के लगभग 11 सभासदों ने बीच में ही बोर्ड बहिष्कार कह कर सदन से बाहर चले गए लेकिन अध्यक्ष सहित कुल 14 लोग सदन में मौजूद रहे जिन्होंने सहमति जताई और बजट पास किया।

जिसमें मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे सभासद घिसियावन मौर्या, अशीष कुमार यादव, दशरथ मांझी, जुल्फेकार लल्लू, अल्लाबक्स, अमिचंद, मास्टर मोहम्मद तारिक, राकेश गुप्ता, शायरों बानो, साजिदा खातून, खदीजा खातून,नदीम अख़्तर, जुलेखा खातून, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष श्रीमती शबाना नाज़ बोर्ड में अंत तक उपस्थित रही।
