अम्बेडकरनगर ! जनपद के थाना क्षेत्र जहांगीरगंज अंतर्गत पुलिस प्रशासन की लापरवाही का मामला सामने आया है। यहां एक पीड़ित परिवार की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज करने के बजाय उन्हें ही डांटकर भगा दिया गया है।
बताते चलूं तिलक 15/11/2024 को तिलक गांव में एक बारात आई थी बारात में सपा नेता प्रेम प्रकाश पुत्र हरमुन के उकसावे एवं कहने पर परममित्र पप्पू सफाई कर्मी पुत्र रामधनी दीप्पू पुत्र रामधनी ,संतोष कुमार पुत्र रामधनी
हरगिंद पुत्र फिरतू, रामचंद्र पुत्र फेरई,अजय पुत्र श्रीराम ने गोलबंद होकर पीड़ित परिवार शनि कुमार पुत्र बुधई, भांजे रुपांशु,और बहन से हाथापाई कर लाठी डंडों से लहुलुहान कर दिये।
आपको बतादे कि इसकी सूचना परिजनों ने डायल 112 पर दी मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने मामले को किसी तरह शांत करवाया।घायल शनि कुमार को सीएचसी जहांगीरगंज लाया गया।हालत में सुधार न होने पर डॉक्टरों ने जिला अस्पताल रिफर कर दिया।
जहां पीड़ित का इलाज हुआ। हालत में सुधार होने पर पीड़ित थाने तहरीर दी , जहां पर थानाध्यक्ष ने डांटकर भगा दिया।18 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी अभी तक पीड़ित परिवार का मुकदमा नहीं दर्ज हो सका।
वही जिस व्यक्ति ने बारात में जमकर मारपीट व तांडव किया प्रशासन ने उसके खिलाफ मुकदमा नहीं पंजीकृत किया, पीड़ित परिवार के खिलाफ ही मुकदमा कर दिया। प्रशासन भी कोई बड़ी घटना के इंतजार में है।
पीड़ित ने तहरीर देकर न्याय की गुहार लगाई है,अभी तक विपक्षियों के ऊपर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो सका। विपक्षियों के हौसले बुलंद हैं, प्रशासन भी मूकदर्शक बना हुआ है पीड़ित परिवार दर-दर की ठोकरें खाने पर मजबूर है।
जहांगीरगंज थाने की यह आम बात हो चुकी है पीड़ित अपनी फरियाद लेकर थाने जाता है तो थानाध्यक्ष पीड़ित परिवार के ऊपर मुकदमा दर्ज कर देते हैं। इससे रामराज्य की तस्वीरें साफ झलक रही है।
