अम्बेडकर नगर! उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने परिवहन विभाग में “एक मुश्त समाधान योजना-2024” शुरू की है, जिससे वाहन मालिकों को पेनल्टी में छूट मिलेगी। यह योजना 6 नवंबर 2024 से 3 महीने तक लागू रहेगी।
पात्रता
1. लंबित मामलों वाले वाहन मालिक।
2. न्यायालय में लंबित अपील वाले वाहन मालिक।
3. कब्जा किए गए वाहनों के मालिक।
4. वसूली प्रमाण-पत्र जारी किए गए वाहन मालिक।
शर्तें
1. आवेदन शुल्क 200-500 रुपये देना होगा।
2. आवेदन 6 नवंबर से 3 महीने तक किया जा सकता है।
3. बकाया कर एकमुश्त जमा करना होगा।
4. योजना की जानकारी परिवहन विभाग की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1997 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 21 सन् 1997) की धारा-3 के अधीन, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन परिवहन अनुभाग-4 की अधिसूचना संख्या –
19/2024 1225 तीस-4-2024-30-4099 (099) 151/2021 दिनांक 06 नवम्बर 2024 के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से पूर्व तक रजिस्ट्रीकृत परिवहन यानों पर संदेय कर में विलम्ब होने पर देय शास्ति के –
संदाय से इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से तीन माह की अवधि के लिए निम्नलिखित निबंधन और शर्तों पर छूट प्रदान की जाएगीः
1. परिवहन यानों के ऐसे समस्त स्वामी अथवा उनके विधिक वारिस, जिनके मामले विभिन्न न्यायालयों के समक्ष लम्बित हों।
परन्तु यह कि,इस सुविधा के लाभ हेतु निम्नलिखित यान पात्र नहीं होंगे (क) अधिसूचना निर्गत होने के दिनांक को या उसके पश्चात रजिस्ट्रीकृत समस्त प्रकार के परिवहन यान।
(ख) समस्त प्रकार के अरजिस्ट्रीकृत परिवहन यान, जिन पर अधिसूचना के दिनांक के पूर्व तक बकाया कर संदेय हो एवं लम्बित बकाया जमा न हो।
2. परिवहन यानों के ऐसे समस्त स्वामी अथवा उनके विधिक वारिस, जिनके कर/शास्ति के विरूद्ध अपील / पुनरीक्षण, उप परिवहन आयुक्त (परिक्षेत्र) अथवा उप परिवहन आयुक्त (यात्रीकर) के समक्ष लम्बित हों।
3. उन्हें वाद प्रत्याहृत करने के लिए, यथास्थिति सम्बन्धित न्यायालयों/उप परिवहन आयुक्त (परिक्षेत्र) / उप परिवहन आयुक्त (यात्रीकर) के समक्ष आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
4. ऐसे परिवहन यानों के स्वामी या वित्त पोषक, जिन पर मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (अधिनियम संख्या 59 सन् 1988) की धारा 51 के अधीन कब्जा कर लिया गया हो।
5. परिवहन यानों के समस्त स्वामी अथवा उनके विधिक वारिस जिनके विरूद्ध इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक तक कर एवं शास्ति हेतु वसूली प्रमाण-पत्र जारी किया गया हो, भी इस अधिसूचना के अधीन पात्र होंगे।
6. यान स्वामी अथवा उसके विधिक वारिस को विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी/कराधान अधिकारी को तिपहिया एवं हल्के मोटरयानों (7500 कि0ग्रा0 सकल यान भार तक) के –
मामले में आवेदन शुल्क के रूप मे 200/- रूपये की धनराशि एवं अवशेष यानों हेतु आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में 500/- रूपये की धनराशि सहित आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
7. आवेदन, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से अधिसूचना के प्रभावी होने के दिनांक तक किया जाएगा। 8. कोई आवेदन उपरोक्त शर्त संख्या-7 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
9. यह अधिसूचना परिवहन विभाग की वेबसाइट http://uptransport-upsdc-gov-in/en-us/ पर तथा साथ ही साथ प्रमुख समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित की जाएगी। इस छूट से सम्बन्धित कोई
सूचना यान स्वामियों को पृथकतः नहीं दी जाएगी। 10. इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से पूर्व किसी परिवहन यान के विरूद्ध जमा कर एवं शास्तियाँ प्रतिदेय नहीं दी जाएगी।
11. स्वामी, यानों पर बकाया देय करों की कुल धनराशि एकमुश्त जमा करेगा। कार्यालय सहायक सम्भागीय परिवहन अधिकारी, अम्बेडकर नगर संख्या: 824 / सा०प्रशा० / ओटीएस / 2024
