अम्बेडकरनगर ! जिले के कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में 100 दिवसीय क्षयरोग अभियान की शुरुआत हुई।
इस अभियान का उद्देश्य राष्ट्रीय क्षयरोग उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम और प्रधानमंत्री के टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान 2025 के तहत क्षयरोग को समाप्त करना है। जिलाधिकारी और मुख्य विकास अधिकारी महोदय ने निर्देश दिया।
कि सभी विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष और अधिकारीगण/कर्मचारी सक्रिय टीबी रोगियों को पोषण किट प्रदान करने हेतु गोद लेना सुनिश्चित करें।
यह एक अभियान मोड में कराया जाए और दिनांक 15 जनवरी 2025 को निक्षय दिवस के अवसर पर पूरे जनपद में सभी सक्रिय टीबी रोगियों को पोषण किट प्रदान किया जाए।
इसके अलावा, सभी सक्रिय टीबी रोगियों का निक्षय पोर्टल पर जल्दी से जल्दी पंजीकरण करा कर उनको निक्षय पोषण योजना के अंतर्गत प्रतिमाह ₹1000 का लाभ दिया जाए।
इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता न बरती जाए।100 दिवसीय टीबी कार्यक्रम और टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान 2025 के अंतर्गत जो भी व्यक्ति उच्च जोखिम वाले समूह में आते हैं,
उनका भी स्क्रीनिंग और टेस्टिंग का कार्य कराया जाए और जल्दी से जल्दी चिन्हित क्षयरोगी का इलाज प्रारंभ कर दिया जाए। 1100 दिवसीय टीबी कार्यक्रम 25 दिसम्बर 2024 से प्रारंभ होकर 24 मार्च 2025 तक चलाया जाना है।
और इसमें जो भी लक्षण वाले व्यक्ति मिलेंगे, उनके बलगम का सैंपल आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर से सीएचओ द्वारा ट्रांसपोर्टर के माध्यम से नजदीकी जाँच केंद्र तक पहुंचाया जाएगा और एलटी द्वारा उसका जाँच किया जायेगा।
जनपद में समस्त सीएचसी और पीएचसी पर जाँच की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। कार्यक्रम में शिथिलता पाए जाने पर कटेहरी के सीनियर ट्रीटमेंट सुपरवाइजर इनामुल हक का
मानदेय माह नवम्बर 2024 का मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा रोक दिया गया था, परन्तु कार्य में सुधार की चेतावनी जिलाधिकारी महोदय द्वारा दी गई कि आप अपने कार्य वृत्ति में सुधार करें अन्यथा आपके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
