अम्बेडकरनगर | टांडा नगर पालिका परिषद टांडा की अध्यक्ष शबाना नाज एवं उपजिलाधिकारी (न्यायिक)/प्रभारी अधिशासी अधिकारी नीरज गौतम के निर्देश पर नगर क्षेत्र में स्वच्छता व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाने के उद्देश्य से वार्ड नंबर-21, मोहल्ला सकरावल पश्चिम में विशेष सफाई अभियान चलाया गया।
अभियान के तहत वार्ड की मुख्य मार्गों, गलियों एवं नालियों की व्यापक साफ-सफाई कराई गई। साथ ही कीटनाशक एंटी-लार्वा दवाओं एवं चूने का छिड़काव कर मच्छरजनित बीमारियों की रोकथाम के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाए गए।
खाली पड़ी भूमि वाले स्थानों पर जमी गंदगी एवं कूड़े-कचरे को हटवाकर क्षेत्र को स्वच्छ बनाया गया। नगर पालिका टीम द्वारा स्थानीय नागरिकों को स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए
सहयोग की अपील भी की गई, ताकि साफ-सुथरा वातावरण बनाए रखा जा सके। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि नगर क्षेत्र के अन्य वार्डों में भी प्रतिदिन विशेष सफाई अभियान, फॉगिंग एवं स्वच्छता कार्य लगातार कराए जा रहे हैं।
इस अभियान का संचालन कर अधीक्षक/नोडल सफाई व्यवस्था के नेतृत्व में किया गया। मौके पर आशीष कुमार चौहान (अवर अभियंता, जलकल), मोहम्मद अहमद, मोहम्मद हुसैन, परवेज अहमद, मोहम्मद इदरीस, सोहेल अहमद, (सफाई नायक) सहित बड़ी संख्या में सफाई कर्मचारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
नगर पालिका प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि नगर को स्वच्छ, स्वस्थ और रोग-मुक्त बनाए रखने हेतु यह अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा। साथ ही नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष और प्रभारी अधिशाषी अधिकारी ने तेज़ी से बढ़ती ठंड को देखते हुए
नगर पालिका के समस्त अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को निर्देशित किया नगरक्षेत्र के सभी प्वाइंट पर अलाव की व्यवस्था और रेन बसेरे में लोगों के ठहरने व साफ-सफाई की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करना जरूरी है लापरवाही बरतने वाले पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
