ओटीएस योजना में, शामिल उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगी भारी छूट सरकार द्वारा बिजली बकाएदारों को कर्ज से मुक्ति पाने का अवसर, टांडा में बिजली विभाग द्वारा चेकिंग अभियान तेज़!
रिपोर्ट – News10plus एडिटर – अम्बेडकरनगर|टांडा विद्युत वितरण खण्ड द्वारा नगर क्षेत्र में चलाए जा रहे सघन चेकिंग अभियान को लेकर बिजली उपभोक्ताओं में मची हड़कंप। उपभोक्ताओं का मानना है कि बिजली विभाग ओटीएस में वन टाइम सेटलमेंट
योजना लाई गई जिसके नाम पर बिजली का बकाया बिल उसूली करने के लिए कनेक्शन काटे जा रहे है, हालांकि विभाग का कहना है उपभोक्ताओं को ओटीएस योजना में
शामिल होने के लिए प्रत्येक दिन इसलिए अभियान चलाया जा रहा है, जिससे उन्हें कर्ज़ से मुक्ति मिल जाए और उनके ऊपर से बकाए का बोझ हट सके। बहरहाल प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक आज दिनांक 15 दिसम्बर
2025 को विद्युत वितरण खण्ड टांडा की टीम ने नगर के कई इलाकों में जैसे थिरूवां नाला के निकट स्थित बिछौटिया, व नेहरूनगर, स्टेट बैंक रौजा कब्रिस्तान, मीरानपुरा,
घसियारी टोला, नगर पालिका हयातगंज सहित नगर के कई इलाकों में व्यापक चेकिंग अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान लगभग तीन दर्जन से अधिक बकायेदार उपभोक्ताओं के बिजली कनेक्शन काटे गए।
₹3000 से ₹70,000 तक बकाया, कनेक्शन सीधे कटे चेकिंग अभियान में शामिल लाइनमैन सैय्यद वकार मेहंदी ने बताया कि जिन उपभोक्ताओं पर ₹3000 से लेकर ₹60
70 हजार रुपये तक का बिजली बिल बकाया था, उनके कनेक्शन काटे गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा बकायेदार उपभोक्ताओं को राहत देने के लिए ओटीएस योजना चलाई जा रही है,
जिसके प्रथम चरण में दिसंबर 2025 से 31 दिसंबर 2025 तक मूल धन पर 25 प्रतिशत की भारी छूट तथा ब्याज पर 100 प्रतिशत की छूट दी जा रही है। बिजली विभाग का दावा है कि यह योजना उपभोक्ताओं को सरकारी कर्ज से मुक्ति दिलाने का सुनहरा अवसर है और इसी उद्देश्य से विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
स्मार्ट मीटर अभियान तेज, नगर में लोगो में चर्चा का विषय – इसी बीच नगर क्षेत्र में कोलारिस्क कंपनी द्वारा स्मार्ट मीटर लगाने का कार्य भी तेज़ी से जारी है। विभागीय सूत्रों के अनुसार अब तक 1000 से अधिक स्मार्ट मीटर लगाए जा चुके हैं, जबकि लक्ष्य 8 से 10 हजार मीटर लगाने का है।
मीटर लगाने वाली टीम ने बताया कि हर पोल पर डीसीयू (डेटा कलेक्शन यूनिट) लगाया जाएगा, जिससे उस पोल से जुड़े सभी कनेक्शनों का डेटा रिकॉर्ड होगा और बाईपास या बिजली चोरी जैसी गतिविधियों का आसानी से पता लगाया जा सकेगा।
6500 का मीटर, अभी फ्री – बाद में देना पड़ सकता है पूरा पैसा – टीम के अनुसार एक स्मार्ट मीटर की कीमत लगभग ₹6500 है, हालांकि फिलहाल विभाग इसे निःशुल्क लगवा रहा है।
लेकिन योजना समाप्त होने के बाद मीटर लगवाने पर उपभोक्ताओं को इसकी पूरी कीमत चुकानी पड़ सकती है।स्मार्ट मीटर के फायदे गिनाते हुए टीम ने बताया कि घर बंद रहने पर बिजली उपयोग न होने से मीटर रीडिंग नहीं बढ़ेगी वास्तविक खपत के अनुसार ही बिल आएगा बिल में पारदर्शिता बढ़ेगी!
मीटर तेज़ चलने की चर्चा पर विभाग का जवाब
नगर क्षेत्र में स्मार्ट मीटर के तेज़ चलने और बिल अधिक आने की चर्चाओं पर टीम ने दावा किया कि जहां-जहां मीटर लगाए गए हैं, वहां के उपभोक्ता संतुष्ट हैं
और किसी तरह का विरोध नहीं है। हालांकि उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि जो उपभोक्ता मीटर लगाने का विरोध कर रहे हैं, वहां फिलहाल मीटर नहीं लगाया जा रहा, अंतिम निर्णय विद्युत विभाग द्वारा लिया जाएगा।
अभियान में मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे!
चेकिंग अभियान के दौरान मौजूद रहे लाइनमैन सैय्यद वकार मेहंदी, मुदंर, पवन कुमार, गुलशन, प्रदीप, विनय कुमार, रिजवान आरिफ सहित अन्य विद्युत कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
बहरहाल विद्युत वितरण खण्ड टाण्डा के अधिशाषी अभियंता मोहित कुमार ने बताया सरकार द्वारा लाई गई ओटीएस योजना उपभोक्ताओं के लिए बड़ी सहूलत अधिक से अधिक उपभोक्ताओं को इस योजना में शामिल होकर योजना का लाभ उठाना चाहिए क्योंकि ऐसा अवसर बार बार नहीं मिलता।
