अम्बेडकरनगर । जनपद में शीतलहर एवं घने कोहरे की स्थिति को देखते हुए जिलाधिकारी द्वारा नर्सरी से कक्षा 12 तक के समस्त सरकारी एवं अर्धसरकारी विद्यालयों के संचालन समय में परिवर्तन का आदेश जारी किया गया।
आदेश के अनुसार बुधवार 17 दिसंबर से विद्यालयों का समय प्रातः 10 बजे से अपराह्न 3 बजे तक निर्धारित किया गया था।
इस निर्णय के पीछे उद्देश्य यह बताया गया कि कड़ाके की ठंड एवं शीतलहर के कारण छात्र-छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव न पड़े। जिलाधिकारी द्वारा यह भी निर्देशित किया गया था कि आदेश का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
हालांकि, गुरुवार 18 दिसंबर को जनपद के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्थापित कई सरकारी व अर्धसरकारी विद्यालय पूर्व निर्धारित समय के अनुसार ही संचालित होते पाए गए।
इससे यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि विद्यालय प्रशासन, प्रबंधन समितियों तथा संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा आदेश का प्रभावी अनुपालन नहीं कराया गया। आदेश के अनुपालन न होने को लेकर जनचर्चाओं का दौर चलता रहा।
कि प्रशासनिक आदेश जारी होने के बावजूद यदि उसका पालन नहीं हो पा रहा है, तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी किसकी है। लोगों का कहना था कि छात्रों के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा से जुड़े ऐसे संवेदनशील विषयों में लापरवाही गंभीर चिंता का विषय है।
ज्ञात हो कि जिलाधिकारी द्वारा 17 दिसंबर को ही शीतलहर और कोहरे को ध्यान में रखते हुए विद्यालयों के समय में परिवर्तन का आदेश जारी किया गया था, लेकिन इसके बावजूद 18 दिसंबर तक कई विद्यालयों में इसका पालन नहीं किया जा सका।
अब यह देखना महत्वपूर्ण होगा कि संबंधित शिक्षा विभाग एवं जिला प्रशासन आगे क्या कदम उठाता है और भविष्य में ऐसे आदेशों का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन कैसे सुनिश्चित किया जाता है, ताकि छात्र-छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य और
सुरक्षा से कोई समझौता न हो। हालांकि उक्त प्रकरण के सम्बन्ध में कई विद्यालय प्रबंधन ने कहा उन्हें यह आदेश बीती देर रात्रि को प्राप्त हुआ इसलिए आज स्कूल पूर्व के समय से हुआ है लेकिन कल से जिलाधिकारी के आदेशो का पालन अवश्य किया जाएगा।
बहरहाल अब सवाल यह उत्पन्न होता है कि यह आदेश बुधवार 17 दिसंबर 2025 को समय लगभग 11 बजे के आसपास आदेश जारी हुआ तो क्या जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक और
बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी को नहीं मिला? और विद्यालय प्रबंधन को देर रात्रि व्हटशप ग्रुप में डाल गया जब विद्यालय प्रबंधन के लोग देर रात्रि में जानेंगे तो भला पालन कैसे हो सकता है जो अपने आप में गंभीर प्रश्न है?…
